Friday for me, was more like a flat trail, sunny day! I had a good day full of victories over the struggles I’m facing, barely even had a thought of restricting food! It was amazing. God is great.

By dinnertime, I was fighting those feelings of worthlessness and violation, and that makes dealing with eating things harder. It got to the point I was nauseated at the sight of food… a low I had not reached in quite a while.
That evening, I was still fighting flashbacks, and even came close to cutting again! How could that be possible, after having such a good morning and good day on Friday? READ MORE p3
